How to withdraw bonuses on the website and in the Mini App
Withdrawing bonuses on the website and in the Mini App: transfer to your main balance or an external payout request, fee and minimum, statuses and cancelling.

Bonuses (for example, from the referral program) can be transferred to your main balance or withdrawn by an external method. Only bonuses can be withdrawn — your main balance can't.
How to withdraw#
Open "Referrals" → the "Withdrawals" card. On the website "Referrals" is in the menu; on a phone and in the Mini App it's under "More".
Choose a "Withdrawal method". "To account balance" moves bonuses to your main balance with no fee, instantly. Other methods (for example, SBP or USDT) are listed on the screen with their fee and minimum.
Fill in "Send to" (for an external method). For SBP, enter your phone number and choose the "Recipient bank" (if your bank isn't listed, pick "Other bank" and type its name). For crypto, enter your wallet address — the hint under the field shows the expected format.
Enter the amount or tap "Maximum". Below you'll see the "Fee" and "You'll receive".
Tap "Withdraw" — you'll see "Withdrawal request created". For a balance transfer the button is "Transfer to balance", and the bonuses arrive right away.
Important. Double-check your details before sending: the payout goes to exactly what you entered.
Rules#
A transfer to the main balance starts from 1 ₽; it can't be turned back into bonuses.
The minimum, maximum and fee of an external method are shown when you select it.
Bonuses are deducted as soon as the request is created.
You can have only one active request at a time (including requests made in the bot). While it's open, external withdrawals are unavailable, but a transfer to the balance still works.
Requests are processed manually within 24 hours. You'll be notified when the status changes.
Statuses and cancelling#
All requests are in "Withdrawal history" (a button in the "Withdrawals" card). Statuses: "Pending", "Processing", "Completed", "Rejected", "Cancelled".
You can cancel only a "Pending" request: "Cancel" → "Cancel request?" → "Yes". Your bonuses are returned in full to your bonus balance, where you can withdraw or spend them again. If a request is rejected, the bonuses are returned in full too.
If it doesn't work#
"Nothing to withdraw yet"
You have less than 1 ₽ in bonuses. They come from your invited friends' top-ups — see Referral program on the website and in the Mini App.
"You already have an active withdrawal request"
Wait until the current request is completed or rejected, or cancel it while it's "Pending".
"Invalid wallet" or "its checksum does not match"
There's a mistake in the address. Copy the wallet address again, in full, without spaces.
The "Withdraw" button can't be tapped
Check in this order:
the amount is within the method's limits — otherwise a hint under the button says "Minimum for this method — …" or "Maximum for this method: …";
your details are filled in and in the right format (for SBP, the bank too);
you have no active request — otherwise "You already have an active withdrawal request" is shown above the form.
If "Transfer to balance" can't be tapped either, bonus withdrawals are paused for now — try again later.
