ResetVPN is a consumer VPN service, operating since 2024. We help users protect their privacy online and keep their data safe — at home, while travelling and on public Wi-Fi. This page explains who we are, what we do, and what guarantees we provide.

What we do

We provide a paid VPN with plans from a week to a year — no auto-renewal. The subscription works on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, Android TV and Apple TV — on any VLESS-compatible client.

The service is built for everyday use: work, study, video and gaming. We run 11 locations across 3 continents — from Europe to Asia and North America — for low latency and plenty of bandwidth for any task.

Technology

We run on the VLESS Reality (Xray core) and Hysteria2 protocols. Connections are encrypted with modern TLS 1.3 and X25519 key exchange, and Hysteria2 runs over UDP to hold speed on unstable links. Your data stays protected while speed stays high.

Encryption and routing cost only 5–10% of your speed.

What data we keep

We do not log the content of your traffic, do not retain browsing history or DNS queries, and do not share such information with third parties. Full details — in our Privacy Policy.

For technical operation we store minimal metadata: session start time and duration, total traffic volume, subscription identifier. This data is used for billing, abuse protection and customer support. Metadata cannot be used to reconstruct which sites you visited.

Metadata is not shared with third parties except where directly required by applicable law.

Why we do not disclose our team

Some VPN services do not publish who is on their team. Neither do we: this site is about the product and our commitments, not the people who build it.

Anonymity of the team does not mean absence of accountability. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy constitute a public contract that defines our obligations to users.
