This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the «Policy») governs the collection, processing, storage, use and protection of personal data of ResetVPN service users (hereinafter referred to as the «Service»). Full and unconditional consent to the terms of the Policy is expressed by payment for Services, activation of a Trial Period, Gift Subscription or other means of obtaining access.

1. Terms and Definitions

  • User (also referred to as the Customer in the Public Offer Agreement) — an individual or legal entity using the Service or having accepted the Public Offer Agreement.
  • Service — services for providing access to a virtual private network (VPN) based on the VLESS protocol, provided through the Website, Personal Account and Telegram bot.
  • Seller — The owner of the Website, Telegram bot and Personal Account, providing services through the Telegram bot and Personal Account.
  • Services — access to a virtual private network (VPN) based on the VLESS protocol, including internet traffic encryption and routing through the Seller's servers.
  • Telegram bot — software at https://t.me/ResetVPN_bot used for ordering, paying and managing Services.
  • Personal Account — software at https://account.resetvpn.com used for ordering, paying and managing Services.
  • Website — the Seller's internet resource at https://resetvpn.com.
  • Trial Period — a free period of 24 hours for familiarization with the Services.
  • Gift Subscription — a Subscription to the Seller's Services provided by the User to a third party (Recipient), issued and paid through the Telegram bot or Personal Account, giving the Recipient the right to use the Services for the paid period without the need for independent payment.
  • Subscription — unique data for connecting to the Services.

2. General Provisions

  • The Policy governs the collection, processing, storage, use and protection of personal data of Service Users provided by the Seller.
  • Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable law.

3. Collection and Use of Personal Data

  • The Seller collects the minimum amount of data necessary to provide Services:
    • Telegram ID and nickname or email address for identification, registration in the Personal Account and delivery of the Subscription.
    • Technical data for VPN operation and security: volume of transferred traffic, session start and end timestamps, selected server location. The Seller does not collect or store User IP addresses, DNS queries, browsing history or internet traffic content.
  • Processing purposes:
    • Providing access to Services.
    • Providing technical support.
    • Compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
    • Using anonymized and aggregated data to improve Service performance, fix errors and collect statistics. Anonymized data may be shared with partners exclusively in aggregated form that does not allow identification of a specific User.
  • Payment-related data is processed by payment agents and is not collected by the Seller.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

  • Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except for:
    • Payment agents («YooKassa», «DuckGo», «Heleket», «CryptoBot», «Tribute», «Telegram») for payment processing.
    • Cases provided for by law.
  • In case of refund, transaction-related data is stored for the period provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation, after which it is subject to deletion in the manner established by paragraph 5 of this Policy.
  • Cross-border data transfer: The Seller's VPN servers are located in Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands. Technical session data may be processed on these servers. Transfer is carried out to countries that ensure adequate protection of personal data subjects' rights.

5. Storage of Personal Data

  • Data is stored for the period necessary for processing purposes or until the User requests deletion.
  • The User has the right to send a request to delete personal data through the support Telegram bot https://t.me/ResetVPNsupport_bot or by email help@resetvpn.ru. The maximum data storage period in the absence of User activity is 12 months from the moment of last activity.
  • After the expiration of the period, the data is destroyed.

6. Protection of Personal Data

  • The Seller takes measures to protect data:
    • Encryption of data transmission and storage.
    • Restriction of employee access.
    • Use of secure servers.
  • The Seller does not guarantee absolute protection, but minimizes risks.

7. User Rights

  • Users have the right to:
    • Request information about their data.
    • Demand correction or deletion of data.
    • Withdraw consent to data processing, which may limit access to Services.
  • To exercise these rights, the User sends a request through the support Telegram bot or by email. Response time is no more than 10 business days.

7.1. Processing of Minors' Data

  • The Service is not intended for persons under 18 years of age.
  • The Seller does not knowingly collect personal data of minors. If the processing of a minor's data is discovered without the consent of a legal representative, such data shall be immediately deleted.

8. Links to Third-Party Resources

  • The Service may contain links to third-party resources for which the Seller is not responsible.
  • Users are recommended to familiarize themselves with the privacy policies of third-party resources.

9. Changes to the Policy

  • The Seller has the right to change the Policy, notifying about this on the Website, in the Telegram bot or Personal Account.
  • The current version comes into force from the moment of publication and replaces all previous versions.
  • Continued use of the Service means consent to the new version of the Policy.
  • The Policy is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
  • The use of cookies is governed by the Cookie Usage Policy, available on the Website in the corresponding section.
