Out of traffic

What happens when a Premium subscription runs out of traffic, how many days you have to top up, and how to add gigabytes in each channel.

On the Premium plan you pay for traffic, not for time. Once the pack is used up, the VPN on that subscription is paused and you get an "Out of traffic" notification.

What happens#

  • The VPN on this subscription doesn't work until you buy more traffic.

  • You have 7 days from the moment the traffic ran out. If you don't top up in time, the subscription is deleted and you'll have to add the link to your app again: a new subscription comes with a new link.

  • After a top-up the subscription works again right away, with no app setup needed. The gigabytes are added to your limit and don't expire.

How to buy more traffic#

"Overview" → "Buy more traffic" on the Premium card. If the card already says "Expired" or sits in "Archived subscriptions", tap "Reactivate". Pick the amount and pay.

There's no need to buy a new Premium subscription to replace the one that ran out — top up the current one and the link stays the same.

Where to see what's left#

  • Website & Mini App — the "Traffic" tile on the subscription card. When less than 15% of the pack is left, the card shows a warning.

  • Telegram bot — the "Remaining" line on the subscription screen.

  • ResetVPN app — "Left" on the subscription card.

Other plans#

Only Premium lets you buy more traffic. The "VPN" plan is described as having unlimited traffic. If a free trial runs out of traffic, you can't top it up — to keep going, get a paid plan: on the trial card tap "Choose a plan" (website and Mini App), "Renew subscription" (bot) or "Renew" (ResetVPN app). If another subscription runs out of traffic, message support.
