Every purchase on the website and in the Mini App — subscriptions, renewals, traffic, devices, gifts — is paid from your balance. Top it up in "Balance" or right when you buy.

How to top up#

  1. Open "Balance". It's in the menu on the website and at the bottom of the screen on a phone and in the Mini App.

  2. Choose the amount under "Top-up amount": a preset button, or "Custom amount" to enter your own in rubles.

  3. Choose a method under "Payment method". The available methods are on the screen; the website and the Mini App may offer different ones.

  4. Check the total. "You'll receive" is what lands on your balance. If the method has a fee, "You pay" shows the amount including it. The method's minimum is shown below.

  5. Tap "Proceed to payment" and pay the invoice.

The payment provider's page opens; come back to your account after paying. For CryptoBot and xRocket, tap "Open in Telegram" to pay the invoice there.

The balance is topped up automatically once the payment provider confirms the payment.

Payment methods#

  • Bank card and SBP — YooKassa, WATA, Platega, DuckGo.

  • Crypto — Heleket, plus CryptoBot and xRocket (USDT via Telegram).

Which ones are on, their minimum and fee are shown on the "Balance" screen. Telegram Stars and Tribute are only available in the @ResetVPN_bot bot.

Transaction history#

"Balance" → "Transaction history", with "All", "Credits" and "Debits" filters. Statuses: "Credited", "Charged", "Pending", "Failed", "Refunded". If your account is linked to the bot, the balance is shared and bot transactions appear here too.

If your balance doesn't cover a purchase#

You don't have to top up first. When buying or renewing a subscription, or adding traffic or devices, you can pay the shortfall in the same window — the action completes on its own after payment. If the shortfall is below the method's minimum, the extra stays on your balance. Turn on "Add bonuses" when bonuses together with your balance cover the whole purchase; don't combine them with paying the rest via a payment provider — see How to pay with bonuses. Gifts can't be paid this way: top up first.

If something's wrong#

I paid but the money didn't arrive
"Proceed to payment" can't be tapped

The amount is outside the method's limits — see the "Min. amount for …" or "Max. amount for …" hint. Change the amount or the method.

A reminder about an unpaid invoice

Its link opens "Balance" with the amount filled in. Pay it — the money goes to your balance, then buy from the balance.
