How to sign in to the ResetVPN app
Signing in to the ResetVPN app with email and password, Google or Telegram, creating an account, resetting a password and using it without an account.

The ResetVPN app uses the same account as the website account.resetvpn.com (opens in a new tab): subscriptions, balance and history are shared. Once you sign in, your subscriptions show up by themselves — no need to copy a link.
Ways to sign in#
Email and password — tap "Sign in". Use your email, not your username.
"Continue with Google". On a computer, sign-in opens in the browser. A new user only picks a username and a password. If an account already exists for that email, enter its password once — "Link and sign in".
"Continue with Telegram". If Telegram is already linked to an account, you're signed in right away. If not, fill in "Finish signing up" and enter the code from the email: your subscriptions and balance from the @ResetVPN_bot bot end up in this account.
"Continue without an account" — sign in with a subscription link. Only connecting works; renewal, support and notifications need an account.
Already have a website account? Don't create a second one through Telegram: sign in with email and password and link Telegram in "Profile" (the "Telegram" card).
Creating an account#
Tap "No account? Create one" at the bottom of the sign-in screen.
Fill in the fields: email, username and password. Username — 3–50 characters: Latin letters, digits and _, starting with a letter. Password — at least 8 characters with at least one lowercase Latin letter (a–z) and a digit.
Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and tap "Create account".
Enter the 6-digit code from the email and tap "Confirm". The code is valid for 10 minutes with 5 attempts; you can resend it after 60 seconds.
Forgot your password#
"Forgot password?" → "Send link". You set the new password on the website with the link from the email (valid for 30 minutes), then sign in to the app with it.
On a TV#
On Android TV you sign in with a QR code or an 8-character code approved from your phone — no Google, Telegram or account-free sign-in. Without a second device, sign in with email and password via "Sign in with email". See How to set up Android TV with the ResetVPN app.
If it doesn't work#
Wrong email or password
The app shows this server message in Russian: «Неверная почта или пароль». Check the email and keyboard layout, or sign in with Google or Telegram if you used them, or tap "Forgot password?".
The code doesn't arrive
See The email with the code doesn't arrive. Closed the code screen? Sign in with email and password — the app sends a new code by itself.
Google or Telegram sign-in on a computer doesn't finish
"Couldn't open local port … for sign-in" — close the program using the port and try again. "Sign-in timed out (5 minutes)" — start over.
