How to redeem a promo code on the website and Mini App
Where to enter a promo code, the two kinds — balance credit or discount, what the discount applies to, when it expires and what the errors mean.

Promo codes are entered in "Balance". A code either tops up your balance right away or gives you a discount on your next purchase.
How to redeem#
Open "Balance". On the website it's in the menu; on a phone and in the Mini App it's at the bottom of the screen.
Tap "Have a promo code?" — the link below the payment methods.
Type the code into "Enter promo code" and tap "Redeem". Letter case doesn't matter.
Kinds of promo codes#
Kind | What happens |
|---|---|
Balance credit | The amount goes straight to your main balance: "Promo code applied. … credited to your balance." |
Discount | An N% discount for a number of days: "Promo code applied. N% discount active for N days." |
While the discount is active, "Balance" shows "N% discount active" with its expiry, and at checkout the price shows "Promo discount" or "−N% promo".
How the discount works#
It applies automatically to your next subscription purchase, renewal (including auto-renewal) or traffic top-up — and is used up there.
It doesn't apply to gifts or to increasing the device limit.
If you don't buy anything, the discount expires at the end of its period.
Discounts don't stack: if another discount is active at the same time, the larger one applies.
Only one promo code discount can be active at a time.
Rules#
Each promo code can be redeemed once per person. The @ResetVPN_bot bot and a website account linked to it count together.
A promo code may have a limited total number of redemptions.
Errors#
Error messages are shown in Russian even if the interface is in English.
«Промокод не найден или уже использован» (not found or already used)
Check the spelling: extra spaces, look-alike letters and digits (O and 0, I and 1). If the code is correct, its redemptions may have run out.
«Промокод исчерпан» (code used up)
The code has no redemptions left and no longer works.
«Вы уже использовали этот промокод» (you've already used it)
The code has already been redeemed on your account — on the website, in the Mini App or in the bot.
«У вас уже есть активная скидка по промокоду» (you already have a promo discount)
Use your current discount first or wait for it to expire. The new code isn't used up in this case — you can enter it later.
