Renewing a subscription on the website and Mini App
Manual renewal and reactivating an ended subscription: where the button is, how the new term is counted and why the link stays the same.
On this page
You can renew at any time — the days are added to your current term, nothing is lost. Renewing doesn't change the subscription link, so there's no need to set up your apps again.
How to renew#
Open "Overview". On the subscription card, tap "Renew".
Choose a term. In the "Renew subscription" window, pick an option under "Period" — the amount is shown in the "Total" line.
Pay. Enough balance — "Renew from balance", and the subscription is renewed instantly. Not enough — pick a payment method and tap "Pay … and renew": you pay only the shortfall, and the subscription renews by itself after payment. If bonuses make up the difference, turn on "Add bonuses" — they cover the shortfall and the renewal goes through from your balance. If even bonuses aren't enough, top up in "Balance" first: paying the rest via a payment provider with bonuses switched on may not renew the subscription — the money then stays on your balance.
Renewal keeps the same plan — you can't change it while renewing. The price is based on your current device limit; if you've scheduled a lower limit, the renewal is priced at the new one.
If the subscription has ended#
Once it ends, the VPN stops working, but the subscription is kept for 7 more days with the same link. If you have no other active subscriptions, it's shown in "Overview" as a separate card with the "Expired" status; otherwise it's under "Archived subscriptions" (expand it). Tap "Reactivate" — the same renewal window opens. The new term starts when you pay. After 7 days the subscription is deleted, and you can only buy a new one — with a new link.
Special cases#
Free trial can't be renewed — the card shows "Choose a plan" instead of "Renew". See Free trial on the website and in the Mini App.
Premium isn't renewed by days: "Buy more traffic" adds the chosen amount to what's left; the subscription has no end date.
A subscription shared with you ("Shared") can only be renewed by its owner. On the website it has a "Remind to renew" button, shown when the subscription is about to expire or has expired. The Mini App doesn't have this button.
To avoid renewing by hand, keep auto-renewal on — see Auto-renewal on the website and in the Mini App.
If something goes wrong#
"Plans are temporarily unavailable"
There are no renewal options for this subscription's plan right now. Message "Support".
I paid via a payment provider, but the term didn't change
Don't pay again. If the money reached your balance, tap "Renew" again and pay from the balance. If it didn't, see I paid, but my balance didn't go up.
