Subscription won't add to the app

The app won't accept your subscription link, or shows no locations after adding it: what to check and where to get the right link.

If your app won't accept the subscription link, or shows no locations after you add it, check the following in order.

What to check#

  1. Copy the link again, in full. A subscription link starts with https://. Take it from the subscription card (see where below), not from old messages: when a link is reissued, it changes.

  2. Add it as a subscription. In the app, choose to add a subscription by link or from the clipboard — not a single server. The "Connect" button opens the subscription page in your browser; that's where you pick an app and add the subscription.

  3. Make sure the app is suitable. It needs to support the VLESS protocol with Reality and importing a subscription by link. Apps that only do Shadowsocks, OpenVPN, WireGuard or Outline won't work. We recommend ResetVPN (Android, Windows, Linux) and INCY (iPhone, iPad, Mac).

  4. Update the app to the latest version and try again.

  5. Check the subscription. If it has expired, or Premium has run out of traffic, the link returns no locations. A deleted subscription's link stops working for good — a new subscription comes with a new link. If all slots are taken, see Device limit exceeded.

The VLESS key of the "Router" plan (it starts with vless://) is not a subscription link: it goes into your router's settings.

"Overview" → the subscription card → the "Subscription link" field and the copy icon next to it.

Still not working#

Message support — the "Support" section on the website, in the Mini App and in the ResetVPN app, or the support bot @ResetVPNsupport_bot. Send the app name, your device and a screenshot of the error.
