The subscription card on the website and in the Mini App
What the subscription card in "Overview" shows — status, term, traffic, devices, link — and what each button does.
On this page
Every subscription in "Overview" is a separate card. Subscriptions of different plans are grouped: "VPN", "Premium", "Router".
What's on the card#
Name — your own or the default one; the pencil next to it renames the subscription. Below the name are the plan and the number of devices ("any number of devices" for Premium, "whole home network" for "Router").
Status: "Active"; "Not connected" — no device yet; "Expiring soon" — 3 days or less left and auto-renewal doesn't cover it (for Premium — traffic is running out); "Expired".
"Remaining" — days left, or hours in the last two days. Premium shows "Traffic" instead: what's left and how much is used.
"Devices" (on "VPN") — how many are connected out of the limit; "Manage" opens the device list and limit. "Router" shows "Coverage" instead.
"Subscription link" ("VLESS key" on "Router") with a copy button. Anyone you give the link to takes one of your device slots, and cutting them off means having the link reissued via support — for family there are "Participants".
"Auto-renewal" — a switch on "VPN" and "Router".
Buttons#
Button | What it does |
|---|---|
"Connect" | opens the subscription page with instructions for your device ("Router" doesn't have it) |
"Renew" | renewal — see Renewing a subscription on the website and Mini App |
"Choose a plan" | on a free trial: switch to a paid plan |
"Buy more traffic" | on Premium: add traffic |
"Top up …" | auto-renewal is short of money: opens "Balance" with the amount needed |
"Smart TV" | connect a TV (on "VPN") |
"Switch country" | on "Router", in place of "Connect": the VLESS key and the country choice; switching country reissues the key and the old one stops working |
"Participants" | sharing with family (with the number of participants, if any) — website only |
"QR code" | QR of the subscription link — Mini App only |
The most relevant button is the wide one: usually "Connect" ("Switch country" on "Router"), and "Renew" or "Buy more traffic" when the term or traffic is running low. There's no button to delete a subscription.
Ended subscriptions#
An ended subscription is kept for 7 days with the same link. If you have no active subscriptions, it's shown as a separate card; otherwise it's under "Archived subscriptions" (expand it). "Reactivate" opens the renewal window.
"Shared" subscription#
This marks a subscription someone shared with you. It has "Connect" and "Smart TV", plus "QR code" in the Mini App. On the website it also has "Remind to renew" (when the term is running out) and "Leave". Only the owner renews it and manages its devices — see Participants: sharing your subscription on the website.
