Disconnecting a device on the website or in the Mini App
Where to find a subscription's devices, how to disconnect one you no longer use, and how many times you can do it within 72 hours.

If an old or unknown device is taking up a slot in your device limit, you can disconnect it to free the slot for a new one.
How to disconnect#
Open "Overview". On a "VPN" (or free trial) subscription card, tap the "Devices" tile → "Manage".
Find the device. The "Subscription devices" window lists "Connected devices" with the device name, the app and an "Updated …" date.
Tap "Disconnect". There's no confirmation — the device is disconnected right away and you'll see "Device disconnected".
Remove the subscription from the app on that device too. Otherwise it will take a slot again the next time it connects.
How many times#
You can disconnect 3 devices within 72 hours on one subscription. The 72 hours start with the first removal; when they're over, all 3 removals are available again. The window shows this in the "Device removals · 72h" line: how many removals are left and in how many hours the limit refreshes. Once the limit is used up, the "Disconnect" button is inactive until it refreshes.
Good to know#
Only "VPN" and free trial subscriptions have a device list: Premium allows any number of devices, and on "Router" the router itself is what connects.
Devices of participants you've shared the subscription with don't appear in your list — they have their own link. To cut off a participant, remove them under "Participants" on the website.
If you see a device that isn't yours, someone else is using your link. Disconnecting it won't help — they'll just connect again. Access can only be closed by reissuing the link: message "Support". The link then changes on all your devices, and you'll need to set them up again.
