The Telegram Mini App: what it is and how to open it

The Mini App is your ResetVPN account area inside Telegram. It isn't the ResetVPN app for phones or computers: the Mini App opens only from the @ResetVPN_bot bot.

How to open it#

1. Open the @ResetVPN_bot bot — t.me/ResetVPN_bot (opens in a new tab).

2. Tap "ResetVPN App". The button is in the bot's main menu and in "Personal account". You can also send /app — the bot replies with the same button.

Which account it uses#

There's nothing to sign in to: the Mini App signs you in with your Telegram.

• The first time, an account is created automatically. Subscriptions, balance and bonuses are the same as in the bot.

• If your Telegram is linked to a website account, or you've signed in to the website with Telegram, the Mini App opens that website account.

• An account created by the Mini App has no email or password, so you can't sign in to the website with it by email.

What you can do there#

At the bottom: "Overview", "Balance", "Support" and "More" (with "Gifts", "Referrals", "Ping"). You can buy and renew subscriptions, manage devices, connect a Smart TV, top up, enter promo codes, give gift subscriptions, withdraw bonuses and contact support.

How it differs from the website:

• the free trial in the Mini App is for subscribers of the news channel t.me/ResetVPN (opens in a new tab); the website has no such condition;

• payment pages usually open in an external browser — return to Telegram after paying;

• notifications come from the bot; there's no notification feed.

Not in the Mini App — open the website, account.resetvpn.com (opens in a new tab): "Settings" (email, password, sign-ins, account deletion), notifications, "News", "Participants" for family and friends, redeeming a gift code and the searchable "Help center".

How to start using the website#

1. Open account.resetvpn.com (opens in a new tab) and click the Telegram icon button under "or continue with". Confirm the sign-in in Telegram.

2. Fill in "Finish creating your account". Username, email, password and consent to the documents, then "Continue".

3. Enter the code from the email.

It stays the same account: subscriptions, balance and history are kept, the Mini App keeps working, and you can now sign in to the website with email and password too.
