Which way to choose for your TV: the ResetVPN app on Android TV, the Happ app, a set-top box or a router.

How you connect depends on the system your TV runs. You don't need a separate subscription for the TV: it's one of your subscription's devices.

Pick your case#

  • Android TV and Google TV — TVs and set-top boxes running these systems. Install our ResetVPN app: you sign in with a code from the screen, no typing a password with the remote. Guide: How to set up Android TV with the ResetVPN app.

  • ResetVPN won't install on your Android TV — connect the TV through the Happ app: the subscription is sent to it with a code or a QR code. Guide: How to connect a TV via Happ.

  • Samsung, LG, Apple TV. Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) TVs can't run VPN apps — you need an Android TV box or a router. Apple TV connects through a third-party app. Details: Samsung, LG and Apple TV: how to connect.

  • Every device at home at once, the TV included — the "Router" plan. Guide: How to connect a router.

The TV buttons — "Smart TV" on the website and in the Mini App, "Connect TV" in the bot, "Android TV" in the ResetVPN app — are on "VPN" plan subscription cards, the free trial included. Premium and "Router" subscriptions don't have them. The bot's button only leads to the Happ option: the ResetVPN app's sign-in on the TV is confirmed on the website, in the Mini App or in the ResetVPN app.

Not sure which TV you have#

Look up the system name in the TV's settings, or message support with your TV model and we'll suggest a way. Support is the "Support" section on the website, in the Mini App and in the ResetVPN app, or the support bot @ResetVPNsupport_bot.
