How to link Telegram to your website account

Use both the website and the @ResetVPN_bot bot? Link Telegram to your website account so the website, bot and Mini App share one account.

What linking gives you#

• the bot and website balances and bonuses are added up into one shared balance;

• subscriptions from the bot show up on the website and in the Mini App;

• the free trial is shared: if you used it in the bot, the website won't offer it, and vice versa;

• a Mini App account, if you had one, merges into your website account with its balance, subscriptions and payment history;

• you can sign in to the website with the Telegram button.

How to link#

1. Open "Settings" on the website. Sign in at account.resetvpn.com (opens in a new tab); on a phone, "Settings" is under "More" or in the menu under your avatar.

2. In the "Telegram" card, click "Link Telegram". The @ResetVPN_bot bot opens. If Telegram asks you to start the bot, start it.

3. Check the request in the bot. The bot (it writes in Russian) shows your website account email, partly hidden with asterisks. If the email is yours, tap «Подтвердить привязку» (Confirm link).

4. Go back to the website. The card switches to "Linked" on its own.

Until you confirm, the card shows "Awaiting confirmation" with the "Open bot" and "Cancel request" buttons.

Rules:

• a request is valid for 10 minutes;

• only one request can be active, and no more than 3 requests in 5 minutes;

• you can't unlink Telegram yourself — only through support.

No website account yet#

Don't sign up separately: at account.resetvpn.com (opens in a new tab), click the Telegram icon button and finish the sign-up — the account gets your bot subscriptions and balance right away.

In the Mini App there's nothing to link: it already runs under your Telegram.
