How to connect an iPhone or iPad
Which app to install on iPhone and iPad, how to add your ResetVPN subscription to it and turn the VPN on.

There is no ResetVPN app for iPhone or iPad. We recommend INCY from the App Store. Any other app works too as long as it supports the VLESS Reality protocol and adding a subscription by link — Happ, for example.
How to connect#
Install INCY from the App Store. If the App Store can't find it, see "If it doesn't work" below.
Open your subscription and tap "Connect". Where the button is depends on where you manage your subscription — see the tabs below. The subscription page opens in your browser: choose iOS there and follow the steps to add the subscription to INCY.
Not added automatically? Add it by hand. Copy the subscription link and add it to INCY as a subscription from the clipboard (usually via the "+" button).
Allow the VPN. On the first connection iOS asks whether the app may add a VPN configuration — allow it.
Pick a location and turn the VPN on in INCY.
Where to find "Connect" and the subscription link#
"Overview" → your subscription card. "Connect" opens the subscription page; the copy icon next to the "Subscription link" field copies the link.
In @ResetVPN_bot: "Personal account" → "Manage subscriptions" → your subscription. "Connect" opens the subscription page; to copy the link, tap it in the message text.
The ResetVPN app isn't available for iPhone. If you use it on another device, the link is on the subscription card in the "Subs" tab (copy icon). It's easier to open account.resetvpn.com (opens in a new tab) on the iPhone and sign in with the same account.
One subscription link serves all your devices and stays the same when you renew. If the subscription has a device limit (the "VPN" plan, the free trial), every connected device takes a place in it.
If it doesn't work#
INCY isn't in the App Store
What the App Store offers depends on the country or region of your Apple ID. If INCY doesn't show up or the App Store says it isn't available in your country or region, change the country or region in your Apple ID settings, or create a separate Apple ID with another region. The subscription won't add to INCY
Make sure you copied the whole link and the subscription is active. More in Subscription won't add to the app.
The VPN is on, but sites don't load
Pick another location in the app. If that doesn't help, see VPN won't connect or sites don't load.
