How to pay with bonuses
Where bonuses come from, how they differ from your main balance and how they cover the missing part of a purchase.

Bonuses are a separate wallet next to your main balance. They come from the referral program: you earn them from top-ups made by people you invited. The percentage is shown in "Referrals" on the website and in the Mini App, and in "Invite a friend" in the bot and in the ResetVPN app.
How bonuses differ from your balance#
Every purchase is charged to the main balance; bonuses only cover the missing part.
Auto-renewal takes money only from the main balance and never spends bonuses.
The main balance can't be withdrawn. Bonuses can be withdrawn (the minimum and fee are shown when you withdraw) or moved to the main balance — moving them is free, from 1 ₽, and can't be undone. How bonuses cover a shortfall#
The main balance is charged first, and bonuses cover only what it lacks. If your balance is enough, bonuses are neither spent nor offered, and whatever bonuses are left stay yours. The offer appears only if you have at least 1 ₽ in bonuses. This works for a new subscription, a renewal, extra traffic and extra devices. A gift can be paid with bonuses on the website, in the Mini App and in the ResetVPN app, but not in the bot.
In the payment window, turn on "Add bonuses". The switch appears only when your balance falls short and starts off. If even bonuses aren't enough, top up your balance in "Balance" first, then pay for the purchase with bonuses: if you pay the rest through a payment provider with bonuses switched on, the purchase may not go through after payment, and the money then stays on your balance.
When your balance falls short, the bot asks "Top up with bonuses?" — tap "Yes, add bonuses". If even bonuses aren't enough, the bonuses move to your main balance right away, the bot offers to top up the rest, and the purchase completes by itself after payment.
In the payment window, turn on "Apply bonuses". The switch appears when your balance falls short but balance plus bonuses cover the whole purchase. If they don't, top up your balance first.
The bot stopped offering bonuses#
If you tapped "Stop offering this", the bot no longer asks. To bring the offer back: "Personal account" → "Invite a friend" → "Manage bonuses" → "Offer topping up with bonuses".
