How to change the language
The language in the bot, on the website, in the Mini App and in the ResetVPN app, plus which language emails and help articles come in.
On this page
The language is set separately in each place where you use ResetVPN.
Use the "RU | EN" switch in the top bar — the website's "Settings" have no language option. On the website your choice is saved to your account; in the Mini App it is saved only on this device. Until you pick a language, the Mini App follows your device: English if the device is in English, otherwise Russian.
In @ResetVPN_bot, tap "Язык / Language" in the start menu or in "Personal account", or send /language. You can choose Русский, English, Türkçe or 中文. Until you choose, the bot uses your Telegram language if it is one of these four, otherwise English.
"Settings" → "Language": "System", "Русский" or "English".
Support bot#
The main bot and the support bot @ResetVPNsupport_bot share one language setting. In the support bot you can change it with the "Language" button under the main screen or with /language.
What else depends on the language#
Currency in the bot. In Russian, amounts are shown in rubles; in other languages, in US dollars at the current rate. Your balance is still credited in rubles. On the website, in the Mini App and in the ResetVPN app amounts are always in rubles.
Website emails and notifications come in the language chosen on the website. If you never chose one there, the bot's language is used (when Telegram is linked), otherwise Russian. Sign-up and password reset emails sent from the website come in the language of the page. The ResetVPN app and the Mini App don't pass their language choice to the server — so, for example, the code for an email sign-up in the app arrives in Russian.
Help articles exist in Russian and English. If the support bot is set to Turkish or Chinese, articles are shown in English.
