I can't see my subscription on the website or Mini App
Why a subscription is missing from "Overview": another account, a bot purchase without linked Telegram, an ended term or trial, a shared subscription.
On this page
A subscription isn't showing in "Overview" — most often you're looking at a different account or the subscription has ended. Check in this order.
What to check#
Is this the right account? On the website, your username and email are on the user card at the bottom of the menu (on a phone, the username is at the top left). If you signed up in more than one way — say, by email and separately with Telegram — these may be different accounts. Sign out and sign in to the one you paid from.
Bought in the bot. The website shows bot subscriptions only if Telegram is linked to your account: sign in to the website with Telegram or link it — see How to link Telegram to your website account. The Mini App opens with your Telegram and shows bot subscriptions by itself.
Bought on the website, but it's not in the Mini App. Telegram isn't linked to your website account, so the Mini App opened a separate account. Link Telegram on the website — after that the Mini App opens your website account, and whatever you had in the Mini App moves there.
The subscription has ended. It's kept for 7 more days: as a separate card with the "Expired" status if you have no active subscriptions, otherwise under "Archived subscriptions" (expand it). Tap "Reactivate" — the link stays the same. After 7 days the subscription is deleted; a new one will have a new link.
Your free trial has ended. A trial subscription is deleted as soon as it ends — "Overview" shows "Your free trial has ended" and a "Choose a plan" button.
Premium ran out of traffic. The subscription waits 7 days with the "Expired" status: tap "Reactivate" and buy more traffic. After that it's deleted.
Someone shared a subscription with you ("Shared"), and now it's gone. The owner removed you, you left, or their subscription was deleted. Ask the owner — they can invite you again.
An error instead of your subscriptions — tap "Try again" or refresh the page (in the Mini App, close and reopen it).
Still missing#
Message "Support" right in your account. Include the email or username of the account you paid from (website, bot or app), and the approximate date and amount of the payment — that makes it easier for support to find the subscription.
