Signing up and signing in on the website

Your account at account.resetvpn.com (opens in a new tab) is also your ResetVPN app account. Create it with email, Google or Telegram.

How to sign up with email#

1. Open the sign-up form. At account.resetvpn.com (opens in a new tab), click "Create account" (on a phone, tap "Sign up" under the sign-in form).

2. Fill in "Username", "Email", "Password" and "Confirm password". Tick "I agree to the privacy policy, offer agreement and cookie policy." — without it the account isn't created.

3. Click "Create account". We'll email you a 6-digit code.

4. Enter the code and click "Verify". You'll land on "Overview".

Requirements:

• username: 3–50 characters — Latin letters, digits and _, starting with a letter;

• email: Latin characters only, no disposable addresses;

• password: at least 8 characters, including a lowercase Latin letter and a digit; capitals and symbols are optional;

• the code is valid for 10 minutes, with 5 attempts; "Resend" sends a new one at most once every 60 seconds.

An unverified sign-up is deleted after 48 hours.

With Google or Telegram#

Under "or continue with" there are two unlabelled buttons with the Google and Telegram icons.

• Google. New email — choose a username and password, tick the consent box and click "Create account"; no email code needed. Email already registered — enter that account's password and click "Link Google".

• Telegram. The first time, enter a username, email and password, tick the consent box, click "Continue" and type the code from the email: Telegram doesn't share your email, so it's verified with a code.

The Mini App needs no sign-up: it creates the account from your Telegram.

Signing in later#

Use your email and password (a username won't work) or the same Google and Telegram buttons. "Remember me" is on by default; untick it and you'll be signed out when the browser closes.

If something goes wrong#
