Buying a subscription on the website and in the Mini App
Choosing a plan, devices and term, paying from balance, with bonuses or topping up via a payment provider — and where the subscription appears.
On this page
Subscriptions are paid from your account balance. If it's short, you can pay the difference right in the purchase window — no need to top up first.
How to buy#
Open "Overview" and tap "Buy subscription". The button is at the top of the page; if you already have a subscription (including an ended one), it's called "New subscription".
Pick a plan: "VPN", "Premium" or "Router". See Plans: VPN, Premium and Router for how they differ.
Set it up. For "VPN", choose "Devices" and "Period"; for "Premium", "Traffic volume"; for "Router", "Period". The price is shown right away. Tap "Proceed to payment".
Check the total. The "Confirm purchase" window shows the plan, term, amount to pay and your balance.
Pay. Enough balance — tap "Pay from balance", and the subscription is active instantly. Not enough — pick a payment method and tap "Pay … and activate": you pay only the shortfall, and the subscription is created after payment.
The new subscription appears as a card in "Overview". Tap "Connect" on it to add it to your app.
Bonuses and discounts#
If your main balance is short and you have bonuses, the purchase window shows an "Add bonuses" switch — bonuses cover the shortfall. Your main balance is always used first. If even bonuses aren't enough, top up in "Balance" first and then pay with bonuses: if you pay the rest via a payment provider with bonuses switched on, the subscription may not be created after payment — the money then stays on your balance.
An active promo code discount applies automatically: the window shows a "Promo discount" line.
Paying via a payment provider#
The payment provider's page opens. When you return to your account, the bottom of the screen shows "Activating subscription…", then "Subscription activated". A CryptoBot or xRocket invoice opens in Telegram via "Open in Telegram".
The invoice opens in an external browser, CryptoBot and xRocket invoices — in Telegram. After payment the subscription is created by itself.
The method's minimum amount and fee are shown in the payment window. If the shortfall is below the method's minimum, you pay the minimum and the surplus stays on your balance.
Good to know#
"VPN" and "Router" subscriptions come with auto-renewal from balance turned on — you can switch it off on the subscription card.
You can have only one "Premium" subscription per account: to get more traffic, use "Buy more traffic" on it.
If something goes wrong#
"Payment methods are temporarily unavailable"
Top up manually in "Balance" and come back to the purchase — the subscription will be paid from your balance.
I paid, but there's no subscription
Don't pay again. If the money has reached your balance but the subscription wasn't created, buy it from the balance. If the money hasn't arrived, see I paid, but my balance didn't go up.
