Terms of Service

This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the «Agreement») governs the procedure for using the ResetVPN service (hereinafter referred to as the «Service»). Full and unconditional consent to the terms of the Agreement is expressed by payment for Services, activation of a Trial Period, gift subscription or other means of obtaining access. Commercial aspects, including payment and tariff changes, are governed by the Public Offer Agreement.

1. Terms and Definitions

  • User (also referred to as the Customer in the Public Offer Agreement) — an individual or legal entity using the Service or having accepted the Public Offer Agreement.
  • Service — services for providing access to a virtual private network (VPN) based on the VLESS protocol, provided through the Website, Personal Account and Telegram bot.
  • Seller — The owner of the Website, Telegram bot and Personal Account, providing services through the Telegram bot and Personal Account.
  • Services — access to a virtual private network (VPN) based on the VLESS protocol, including internet traffic encryption and routing through the Seller's servers.
  • Tariffs — current prices for Services, published in the Telegram bot and Personal Account.
  • Telegram bot — software at https://t.me/ResetVPN_bot used for ordering, paying and managing Services.
  • Personal Account — software at https://account.resetvpn.com used for ordering, paying and managing Services.
  • Website — the Seller's internet resource at https://resetvpn.com.
  • Balance — the amount of funds deposited by the User through the Telegram bot or Personal Account for payment of Services.
  • Trial Period — a free period of 24 hours for familiarization with the Services.
  • Subscription — unique data for connecting to the Services.

2. General Provisions

  • The Agreement governs the procedure for using the Service provided by the Seller and is part of the Public Offer Agreement.
  • Use of the Service confirms the User's consent to the terms of the Agreement, Privacy Policy and Public Offer Agreement.

3. Service Description

  • The Service provides access to a virtual private network (VPN) based on the VLESS protocol with unlimited traffic subject to compliance with the rules specified in the Agreement.
  • Each User has the right to purchase an unlimited number of Subscriptions. For each location, there is a limit on connections from one IP address, while the number of devices connected through that IP address is unlimited.
  • Throughput capacity of each Service server: up to 1 Gbps. Actual connection speed depends on the User's internet provider, server load and other external factors.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Commercial obligations, including payment and tariff changes, are governed by the Public Offer Agreement.

4.1. Seller's Obligations

  • Strive to ensure maximum Service availability, except for periods of force majeure and technical work. If Services are unavailable for more than 24 hours due to the Seller's fault, the User has the right to request a subscription extension for the period of actual interruption in accordance with the Public Offer Agreement.
  • Provide technical support through Telegram bot, Personal Account or email help@resetvpn.ru.

4.2. Seller's Rights

  • Limit or terminate Service provision in case of violation of the Agreement or Public Offer Agreement terms.
  • Block the User's account for actions threatening Service stability, including unfair methods for obtaining referral bonuses or creating automated accounts.

4.3. User's Obligations

  • Comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation and country of residence.
  • Do not resell the Subscription to third parties.
  • Provide a valid Telegram ID or email address for registration in the Personal Account.
  • Independently monitor the Personal Account Balance in the Telegram bot or Personal Account on the website to extend access to Services.

4.4. User's Rights

  • Use the Service within the terms of the Agreement and Public Offer Agreement.
  • Request technical support through Telegram bot, Personal Account or email.
  • Check subscription status through Telegram bot or Personal Account.

5. Prohibited Actions

  • The User is prohibited from:
    • Scanning networks, ports, IP addresses or third-party devices.
    • Conducting DDoS attacks, password cracking or other actions that disrupt network operation.
    • Sending spam or unwanted messages.
    • Using P2P/BitTorrent protocols to distribute content that violates the law or third-party copyrights.
    • Violating copyright.
    • Performing actions prohibited by law.
    • Using unfair methods to obtain referral bonuses or creating automated accounts.
    • Reselling the Subscription to third parties.
    • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Seller's infrastructure.
  • In case of violation of restrictions, the Seller has the right to suspend or block access to Services with notification to the User of the reasons. Refund for the unused period is made minus actual expenses incurred, except in cases of gross violations threatening the security or stability of the Service.

6. Procedure for Provision and Extension of Services

  • Services are provided for the period specified in the selected Tariff, Trial Period or gift subscription.
  • Service extension is carried out if there are sufficient funds in the User's Balance. The User independently replenishes the Balance in the Telegram bot or Personal Account to extend access. The Seller notifies the User 24 and 10 hours before the expiration date.
  • The refund procedure is governed by paragraph 6 of the Public Offer Agreement.

7. Service Performance Quality

  • The Seller strives to ensure Service availability 24/7, except for technical work or force majeure.
  • The Seller is not responsible for failures of intermediary services affecting connection speed.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Seller is not liable for:
    • Service unavailability caused by technical work, including without prior notice to the User.
    • User losses related to Service use.
    • Content of websites visited by the User.
    • User actions violating the law.
  • The User is responsible for their actions when using the Service.

9. Loyalty Program

  • New Users are provided with a Trial Period of 24 hours.
  • The User can invite friends via referral link, receiving bonuses to the Balance for Service payment.
  • Bonuses can be withdrawn to a bank card via SBP or to a cryptocurrency wallet in the manner provided in the Telegram bot or Personal Account.

10. Force Majeure

  • The parties are released from liability for non-performance of obligations caused by force majeure circumstances (wars, natural disasters, changes in legislation, technical failures).
  • The party affected by force majeure notifies the other party through Telegram bot or Personal Account within 5 business days.

11. Changes to the Agreement

  • The Seller has the right to change the Agreement, notifying about this on the Website, in the Telegram bot or Personal Account.
  • The current version comes into force from the moment of publication and replaces all previous versions.
  • Continued use of the Service means consent to the new version of the Agreement.

12. Final Provisions

  • The Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
  • The Seller has the right to engage third parties to fulfill obligations.
  • If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full legal force.
  • All rights to the Service, including software, trademarks, design and content, belong to the Seller or are used on legal grounds. Use of Service elements without the Seller's written consent is prohibited.
