VPN for Android TV

The ResetVPN app for TVs and set-top boxes on Android TV. Sign in with a code from the screen — no typing a password with the remote.

Install in three steps

  1. Download the .apk to your phone or computer and move it to the TV — with a USB stick or the “Send Files to TV” app.
  2. On the TV, allow installing from unknown sources for your file manager and open the file.
  3. Launch ResetVPN — an 8-character code appears on screen. Open account.resetvpn.com/device on your phone, enter the code and confirm.

Which TVs work

TVs and set-top boxes on Android TV with Android 7.0 or newer.

Samsung and LG TVs (Tizen, webOS) can't run VPN apps. Connect them through an Android TV box or a router.

No. The TV is one of your subscription's devices: three are included in the base price, up to 15 in total.

64-bit or 32-bit?

It depends on the box's processor: you'll find it in the settings under “About”. Not sure? Message support and we'll tell you.

What if the app won't install?

Connect the TV with the Happ app — the guide is in your account under “Connect Smart TV”. Or message support and we'll help.
